About Horseradish
Horseradish is a spicy root vegetable in the same family as mustard. Its flavor and use are similar to wasabi.
As well as adding a kick to your plate, horseradish is said to contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, and has been used to help fight inflammation and boost immunity.
Using Horseradish
Peel, then grate a bit of this spicy-hot root vegetable onto your steak, chicken, or vegetables. Or, mix with a little mayo to create a perfectly balanced sauce for fish.
